Customer satisfaction is top priority for us at Pups Palace. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt of the product for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

We will respond to your email and send a confirmation message with instructions for your return shipment. Items are carefully inspected for damage before being shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after receiving your purchase for directions on returning the item(s) for an exchange or full refund. All claims MUST be made within 24hrs of receipts of order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
It is important to us to get your purchase shipped to you as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. If there are any additional shipping fees required for your order, you will be notified prior to shipping.
If any item(s) are out of stock or back-ordered we will notify you prior to shipping the other portion of your order. We can choose to ship what is in stock or wait until the back-ordered items arrive in our facility.
